Refund Policy
All sales final. The product is downloadable bytecode flashed instantly to your Cronus Zen — once it’s in your hands we can’t take it back. If you’re unsure, try Vera Community (free) before committing to a paid script.
What “all sales final” means
The moment Whop marks your purchase complete:
- your licence is issued,
- your Discord access is granted,
- your bytecode becomes available to flash to your Zen.
From that point, refunds, partial refunds, and store credit are not available except in the narrow cases below. By purchasing, you confirm you’ve read the product description and this policy and you’re comfortable with that.
Reasons we will not refund (non-exhaustive)
- You changed your mind, regret the purchase, or had buyer’s remorse
- You didn’t read the product description, feature list, demo videos, or this policy before paying
- You bought the wrong product (Demon vs. Fadeaway etc.) — ask in #support; we may swap, but we won’t cash-refund
- The script doesn’t match your personal playstyle, sensitivities, or settings preference
- You saw a different script you prefer
- A game patch temporarily changed how the script feels — weekly tunes are included; that’s the fix
- You can’t figure out installation — #support is free and same-day; we won’t refund you for not asking
- A friend, streamer, your bank, or your card issuer told you to ask for a refund
- You read this policy after buying and decided you don’t like it
- Any other reason that isn’t in the narrow exceptions section below
Narrow exceptions
The only situations we will adjust a purchase. None of these are automatic; they are reviewed case-by-case by us.
- Cannot be flashed to your hardware. After a real troubleshooting session in #support, if we genuinely cannot get the bytecode onto your Cronus Zen, we’ll swap your purchase for any other script of equal or lesser value, or issue Vera+ credit. Cash refunds are not standard. Once per customer.
- Wholesale broken for 30+ days. If we ship a regression that takes a script offline for everyone for over thirty consecutive days with no fix in sight, request pro-rata Vera+ credit by email. Has not happened.
- Charge you didn’t make. If your account was compromised and a charge was made without your authorisation, contact support@verascripts.com from your registered email immediately. We will investigate; proof is required.
Email support@verascripts.com. These are exceptions, not entitlements.
Subscriptions
Cancel monthly plans through your Whop dashboard any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal — access continues to the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate or refund unused time within an already-paid period.
Chargebacks and disputes
Filing a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your card issuer triggers automatic, no-exception consequences:
- Your licence is revoked the moment we’re notified.
- Your Discord role is removed and your account is permanently banned from buying at verascripts.com. Future purchases under any identity will be revoked.
- We will contest the dispute with full delivery evidence: server flash logs with hardware serials, Discord support transcripts, IP and login records, license issuance timestamps.
- If the dispute resolves in your favour, the licence stays revoked and the ban stays in place. You don’t get the product and the money.
Two minutes in #support resolves more than a month in dispute. We’ve never refused to help a customer who came to us first in good faith.
Try before you buy
Vera Community is a free tier. Same delivery, same flashing flow, same Discord support — on a no-cost script. If you’re unsure your hardware will play nicely, start there.
Where law requires
This policy describes what we offer voluntarily. Where local law mandates a specific consumer right (for example certain jurisdictions’ rules on fraud or defective product as defined locally), we will comply with that minimum. Nothing in this policy waives a right that cannot legally be waived.
